Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 June 2025

1. No Refunds on Completed Sessions

All sessions that have been delivered — including 1:1 coaching calls, WhatsApp support, and any materials provided — are non-refundable. Once a session has taken place, that time, expertise, and access cannot be returned.

2. Unused Sessions & Programme Pauses

If you are unable to continue for a genuine reason, we are happy to work with you. Your options for unused, pre-paid sessions are:

• Programme pause — We can pause your enrolment for a reasonable period so you can complete your remaining sessions when you're ready.
• Session deferral — Unused sessions can be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time within a reasonable window.

Pauses and deferrals are granted at our discretion and are subject to availability. They must be requested in advance.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not grounds for a refund:

• Change of mind after enrolment
• Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice
• Dissatisfaction with results where programme guidance was not followed
• Personal circumstances arising after enrolment
• Partial completion of the programme

4. Our Commitment to You

If we ever fail to deliver a scheduled session on our end, we will reschedule it at no cost to you.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for sessions already delivered is considered a breach of our agreement. We keep detailed records of all sessions, communications, and access provided, and will contest any dispute accordingly.
